Meet The Producers
Bill Norman, President
Bill is an accomplished composer/arranger and producer. He worked for Universal Studios Florida where he was the musical director for The Beetlejuice Graveyard Review (winner of the IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best Theme Park Show). He also composed, arranged and recorded music for SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment for over 20 years. In addition, Bill was the musical director for The National Association of Home Builders Show in Las Vegas.
He composed music for the Emmy nominated series Starting Over on NBC as well as pieces for HBO, USA Network, Travel Channel, Oak Island Creative, Mertz Consulting and Clear Channel Radio, just to name a few. He also mixed tracks for the Boyz II Men African Tour.
After attending the Berklee College Of Music he recorded two national releases for Centaur/Nebula records and Time Warner. Both got rave reviews and many of the compositions were used in television and film productions. Furthermore Bill is the musical director/composer/arranger for the international touring Frankie Valli Tribute Show Lets Hang On.
When it comes to recording, Bill is an advanced user of Avid’s Pro Tools recording software (all formats), Mark of the Unicorn’s Digital Performer for MIDI sequencing and Avid’s Sibelius for musical notation and transcription.
For over 35 years, Scott has been bringing stories to life as an award winning Writer, Director, Producer and Performer. His work in Theme Park, Consumer Events, Festivals, Live Theater and Television has given him a broad spectrum of experiences. After 21 years working with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment (finishing his tenure as Director of Creative Services), Scott formed Scott Swenson Creative Development LLC. Since then he has been writing live shows, creating and implementing themed festivals and developing communication based training classes for such clients as Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, Viking Cruise Lines, Florida Aquarium, Mertz Productions, The Vault of Souls, Cedar Fair Theme Parks, Bob Glickman Productions and The Tampa Theatre. In addition to writing for the stage, Scott is a published poet, lyricist and journalist. He is a founding member of the improvised comedy team, “WIT Improv” and hosts his own podcast, “A Scott in the Dark…”. He is a sought after panelist and presenter for entertainment trade shows, especially those focused on atmospheric theatre, theme park entertainment and the haunted attraction industry. His work style is collaborative and passionate with a strong focus on client and customer satisfaction.
Scott is a proud member of IAAPA, Visit Tampa Bay, The Haunted Attraction Association, The Slice Network, Leadership Tampa Alumni (Class of 2011) and Theatre Tampa Bay.

Manager and Registered Agent
For over 30 years, Bob has been actively involved in all forms of the Entertainment business. After 5 years as a member of the production crew at WTOG channel 44 in Tampa, he entered the world of Theme Park. During his tenure as Senior Operations Manager at Busch Gardens, he oversaw multi-million dollar production and labor budgets. His responsibilities included coordinating daily operations within the Entertainment Department as well as participating in creative planning and production meetings for new shows. Bob was also the producer for several live music festivals where he helped guide the creative content then negotiated and implemented the artists’ contracts.
As a musician, Bob has played percussion for studio sessions with John Travolta and toured with Be Be Neuwirth, Boots Randolph, Petula Clark, Joanne Castle, Leslie Gore, Boots Randolph, Don Rickles, Bob Newhart, Susan Lucci, Deana Martin, Les Brown and jazz great Ira Sullivan.
He has played numerous theatrical performances including Chicago, A Chorus Line, The Music Man, Guys and Dolls, Applause, Damn Yankees with Donald O’Conner, Fiddler On The Roof, Sugar, Kismet, Gypsy, Annie and The Sound of Music.
He continues to regularly back touring artists like John Davidson, The Diamonds, The Four Aces, The Drifters, The Coasters, The Platters and The Sounds of The Supremes. Bob is also the co-producer of Let’s Hang On, a touring Frankie Valli Tribute Show.
